| I decided to start a thread where we can all share miscellaneous tips about MWR. Whether it's strategies, custom classes, or anything that could be useful (especially to beginners), it's all welcome here! Tip of the Day for June 3rd: Try going stealth! Tired of getting mowed down by an enemy's LMG or P90? No problem! Use stealth (the art of sneaking around undetected) to conquer them! Recommended class: (what I use) Mp5 with silencer M9 with silencer 1 frag/ 1 stun grenade Bandolier (swap for Bomb Squad for Search and Destroy since you dont need a lot of ammo) UAV Jammmer (all stealth classes should have this. period.) Extreme Conditioning or Steady Aim (if you're having trouble shooting, use Steady Aim. If you can aim well, use Ex Con). Good luck stealthing! | |

| Ahh, I have one.
Countdown is a very momentum based map, because of this you need to use a weapon that is good both up close and down range. In my case, the M16A4 with ACOG, because being able to kill anywhere is the key to momentum based maps.

| Here's a tip:
Stay Quiet!
A way to stay quiet, but not using or needing the Perk Dead Silence, crouch. This eliminates all footstep sounds. A good weapon set for this sorta thing is, any weapon set!

| This one annoys when people don't realize it in headquaters: When you're playing a game without respawns, you can see who's already dead by pressing 2. Dead people will have dog tags near their name. Pretty basic I know but you'd be surprised how many keep running around throwing grenades when the while other team is dead. | |

| Deep Impact is a really useful perk. With an M82 with Deep Impact, you can shoot and kill in the head through those heavy concrete barriers on Countdown! You can get interesting kills that way too... | |

| Good tips everybody! Gunny's Tip of the Day for June 4th: Make it your #1 priority in Team Deathmatch to go positive (have more kills than deaths). Remember, for every kill that occurs, one team gets 10 points. If you're dying more than you're killing, you're not helping your team at all. In fact, you're hurting it. So it doesnt matter if you have 10 kills and another teammate has 5. If you have 11 deaths and the teammate has only 1 death, your teammate is doing better even though they have less kills. BUT PLEASE DONT NOOBTUBE YOUR WAY TO THE TOP! <-------- Bad <-------------------- Good <----------- BETTER!!! | |

| Red Dot Sites really help when moving from a semi auto phase to a full auto phase. For example, when going from the M16 to the M4, get it RDS'd ASAP. ADS with it as much as you can, because its recoil makes its hipfire less reliable than the M16's at a distance. Up close, do whatever gets you the kill.
Another tip for using the M4... Find someone using an M16 or a G36C and kill them. Swap your pistol out for the G36C or M16, and, if it's Bando'd and unused, you can potentially have 360 reserve ammo for your primary weapon! If both of the weapons you have are silenced, it makes for a great killstreak setup.
